Core workout: 45 seconds each; 3 sets
Plank jacks (feet out then in)
Superman (on stomach with raised legs pushing through heels; arms out in front moving up & down)
Cradle (with ball if you have one)
Dominant hand on top to right ear then left ear
Non-dominant hand on top to right then left
Dominant hand only (only one hand on stick) cradling to right then left
Non-dominant hand only cradling to right then left
Watch yourself in the mirror if the ball is popping out of your stick as you cradle hard
